Wick and his family have been close friends of ours ever since I can remember. Wick and his sister, Lucy were both married this year! I was lucky enough to photograph both of them. You can see Lucy & Matt’s beautiful backyard wedding here. When I found out Wick was getting married too, I was so excited! He and Emily are precious together. They were married at their church and their reception took place at The Mill at Fine Creek in Powhatan, VA. Everything turned out beautifully. I love their colors of blues and yellows and their fun, southern details! And it was really cool because all of her bridesmaids had a different style bouquet- it was really beautiful. Their wedding was full of charm!
It was so nice seeing new faces and spending time with friends. Everything about their day was beautiful, even the “lucky rain” that came during their portraits. I wish the best of luck to you two and I am so honored to have been a part of your day!!!
