It’s been a long time in the making. Megan and Jeff have been together quite some time now. I was lucky enough to meet Megan a few years ago at Heather & Mike’s wedding in Dunnsville, VA. Since then, she and Jeff have been in a few weddings I’ve photographed. We’ve become pretty close these past few years as I’ve photographed their family portraits, engagements, bridals, friends and families weddings, etc. I love the Keeton and Jones families :) I have been so blessed by how much love they’ve shown me and how they’ve both welcomed me into their families! I truly love you guys!!
Needless to say, this wedding was very special to me. Megan has a heart of gold and her and Jeff’s love for each other is one of a kind. The way they look at each other and how they make each other laugh is so special. And boy was it a celebration! Megan and her friends and family worked very hard hand making almost all of their fabulous details. She had so many precious elements, including wearing her mother’s wedding gown. She had the most beautiful monogram stitched inside the dress with both of their initials and wedding dates.
Their wedding took place in Doswell, Va (near Ashland) at their home. Their backyard wedding was so beautiful and intimate. With an isle lined with purple flowers and vows under the willow tree, I don’t think they could have planned anything more magical. I had so much fun spending the day with lots of friends and making new ones.
I couldn’t be happier for you two! Thank you so much for welcoming me into your families and giving me the opportunity to be a part of your perfect day! I love you guys :)
